During her career changes and career progression, she has moved from professional orchestra conductor, to software quality assurance analyst, to corporate trainer, to project manager, to learning technologist, and finally to Director of Human Resources at Cigna, a major health insurance corporation with $30 billion in annual revenue, overseeing 30,000 employees across 30 countries.

Since then, Marcia LaReau studied how new employees get selected and hired, and how they evolve successfully. After leaving her position at Cigna, she founded Forward Motion, a career management firm whose mission is to increase job-seeker success rates and reduce time-to-employment. In this webinar, she will focus on optimizing your use of social media to manage your career progression.

Jabril Bensedrine is the Founder of The Triana Group, Inc., a New York City consulting firm that provides business development services to technology companies internationally. A graduate of the University Paris-Dauphine and Essec, he holds a PhD in Strategy from Essec’s doctoral program and has completed his post-doctoral program at U.C. Berkeley’s Haas School of Business.

He brings to the webinar more than 20 years of international professional experience which includes teaching positions in France and the United States (including at New York University’s Polytechnic Institute), start-ups & entrepreneurship, strategy & business development consulting with dozens of technology companies. He has helped a number of organizations and corporations ranging from start-ups to Fortune 500 to develop new international initiatives, leading to new subsidiaries, strategic partnerships, distribution channels and joint-ventures.
