What can I expect in a ‘Lunch and Learn’?
A ’Lunch and Learn’ is an interactive event featuring live demonstrations and a complimentary lunch, where we facilitate presentations by various technology vendors showcasing their products/services in person. This opportunity enables you to closely evaluate the functionality and features of these products, providing you with an unparalleled understanding of the latest advancements in the field.
Where do these Lunch and Learn sessions take place?
These sessions occur either at any office spaces/conference rooms inside the sector-specfic locations which could possibly be where you work, or other locations that are convenient for you.
How do I redeem the lunch arranged in a Lunch and Learn?
We will provide you with a payment card allowing you, as a panelist, to place food orders according to your and other participants’ choice and dietary restrictions for that particular event as per the location.
How are these Lunch and Learn sessions organized and managed?
We assume responsibility for conducting and coordinating the Lunch and Learn sessions, both In-person and virtually. However, if you prefer to take an active role in managing the event, we can offer additional compensation.
How is the budget structured for the Lunch and Learn?
Participants will be charged $50 each for the first three attendees, $30 each for the next seven participants, and $20 each for the subsequent 10 attendees. For instance, the budget for three participants amounts to $150 ($50×3), for 10 participants it totals $360 ($50×3 + $30×7), and for 16 participants, it reaches $480 ($50×3 + $30×7 + $20×6). To finalize your budget, kindly inform us of your anticipated number of participants. Once confirmed, we will provide you with an e-visa card matching the approved budget. You can use this card to place your order and schedule delivery at your convenience.
Is there an additional stipend for Lunch and Learn?
Yes, the stipend is compensated like an additional review, entitling you to a second half-hour payment based on your hourly rate. Considering that the test stipend for the Lunch and Learn session is influenced by factors such as travel expenses and credentials, your hourly rate will serve as a proxy to determine the exact payment amount for that session.
What is the duration of these Lunch and Learn?
The entire session, including live demonstrations and Q&A sessions, is usually expected to range between 30-60 minutes, with the live demonstration specifically scheduled for 30 minutes. However, the time can be adjusted based on your availability.
What would be the benefit if I stay for the entire 60-minute session?
Your commitment to participating in the entire session offers the possibility of receiving comprehensive training tailored to the specific products/servcies showcased. This training equips you with the expertise to effectively utilize them in real-life settings, should you wish to do so.
Typically, our demonstrations serve as partial training, providing essential insights. However, in select cases, participants may achieve full proficiency by the session’s conclusion.
Who will be the presenters at the Lunch and Learn sessions?
The Lunch and Learn session are hosted by a dedicated team of medical representatives. While there is no obligation to make a purchase, it is important for them to feel at ease talking to individuals who might be interested in testing the product and potentially becoming users.
What if I cannot make it to the In-person Lunch and Learn?
In the event that attending in person is not feasible for you, we are delighted to offer an excellent alternative: the opportunity to engage in our virtual demo. This option ensures a comparably immersive experience, allowing you to participate and benefit from the event’s offerings remotely.

What if I qualify as a Key Opinion Leader? (KOL)
Panelists considered as KOLs are individuals with trusted credentials, including roles such as professors in medical schools, a history of publishing research, and active participation in conferences. Lunch & Learn sessions with KOLs may qualify for additional compensation, as well as product testing, and/or for other follow-up activities.
