Seeking Healthcare Educator for High-Growth Company
We are recruiting a Healthcare Educator for a healthcare company that manufactures and distributes unique hygiene, body care and infection control products. Established in the US in 2010, the company now sells its products in more than 24,000 retail stores across the country including Walgreens, CVS, Wal-Mart and many more as well as a growing number of hospitals. The Healthcare Educator position will be a full-time position requiring extensive travel, providing training and in-servicing to hospitals, clinics and nursing homes in the entire United States.
Healthcare Educator Position Description
- With the assistance of the company’s local field sales reps in multiple states, the Healthcare Educator will prepare, launch and monitor product in-servicing to both day & night shifts.
- Sessions include initial in-servicing and refresher compliance trainings.
- Provide outstanding customer service, maintaining and enhancing the company’s outstanding reputation in its field.
- Participate at tradeshows nationwide.
- Extensive travel will be required.
Heathcare Educator Profile
- 2-5 years+ experience in healthcare training or as a hospital medical technician or nursing, nursing assistant, or other relevant in-hospital positions. Healthcare infection control experience is a plus.
- Able to work independently as well as in a team
- Computer literate
- Objective oriented, proactive, self-motivated
- Must be willing and able to travel extensively. Travel: 60%-80% (4 national travel days per week or more will be the norm.)
- Ability to regularly and accurately report and work with the company’s national Hospital Sales manager
