Senior Consultant Profile: Technical Director / Organizational Transformation

Our senior consultant started his career in embedded software engineering for companies now part of Tyco and Rockwell, then moved into R&D management for industrial companies including Alcatel, DEC (now HP) and Mannesmann. In these positions, his experience includes but is not limited to:

• Managing the development of embedded systems in sectors ranging from automotive equipment to information technology, and from telecommunications solutions to industrial control devices, using traditional and Agile development methods;
• Leading multinational R&D teams across three continents;
• Leading corporate software quality improvement efforts for multinational business units;
• Organizing and conducting knowledge transfer among multinational development teams;
• Providing organizational transformation leadership for French, US, and multinational corporate units;
• Developing specialized Linux software systems for scientific and medical applications using Agile development methods;
• Providing interim management functions during organizational transitions.

More recently, and for more than a decade, our senior consultant has facilitated and led profound transformations for organizations ranging from finance to software houses –with examples such as Societe Generale and Reuters Software, respectively– as well as numerous smaller companies and high-growth start-ups. Our senior consultant holds a graduate engineering degree from Case Western Reserve University.
