Healthcare Trainer

Our client, Cleanis (www.cleanis.com), is a company founded in 2001 that develops, manufactures and distributes unique products for hygiene, infection control and body care. It is headquartered in Paris, with offices in the USA, Japan, and Italy, and distribution in more than 60 countries. Since its set-up in 2010, our client’s US operation has been growing at a very fast pace and is now selling its products in more than 24,000 retail stores including Walgreens, CVS, Wal-Mart. Cleanis is also a growing leader in the field of infection control for hospitals. Cleanis is part of Innothera, a pharmaceutical group leader in its field for more than 100 years.

To accompany the very strong growth of our client’s healthcare division, we are currently seeking a full time healthcare trainer to represent Cleanis into hospitals, clinics and nursing homes for the territory of the United States. The position requires 2-5 years+ experience in a similar position, or as a hospital nurse or other relevant clinical position. Infection control experience is a plus. This position features a generous base with a bonus plan, along with company benefits. Car, laptop and phone are provided.

Job Profile

We are looking for a full time healthcare trainer for the following tasks:

  • With the assistance of the local Cleanis field rep, to prepare, launch and monitor product in-servicing to both the day and night shift facilities
  • Initial in-servicing and refresher trainings necessary to ensure compliance in use
  • Provide outstanding customer service. Maintain and enhance the outstanding reputation of Cleanis in its field within facilities that use our client’s products
  • Participate at tradeshows both local as well as national tradeshows. Traveling will be required
Requirements:
  • A 2-5 years+ experience as a healthcare trainer or as a hospital nurse is necessary. An experience in infection control is a plus
  • Being able to work independently as well as in a team
  • Computer literate
  • Objective oriented
  • Proactive
  • Self-motivated
  • Willing and able to travel extensively. Travel: 60%-80%.
  • Ability to regularly and accurately report to manager
