Seeking Business Development Executive
For an innovative European manufacturing company, we are seeking a business development executive to lead the establishment of its US operation. The ideal candidate will have a 10+ years track record of success in sales/general management, demonstrate entrepreneurial mindset, and experience in tooling or industrial B2B business development.

The company has a strong established brand in Europe with 100+ years delivering tooling solutions to customers. The company is the #1 local manufacturer and invests in R&D leading to product innovation (2+ patents a month) and strategic acquisitions (3 in 2 years). A strategic growth plan calls for the establishment of US operation. The successful candidate will have access to top company management.
The Role
The Executive will be in charge of leading the company’s expansion in the US.
- Learn about the company’s manifold offerings
- Manage the entire business process from prospecting through to closure
- Drive awareness of products
- Build relationships with prospective customers
- Promote the company’s value proposition and its all-encompassing brand
